Rick Reichmuth

Rick Reichmuth is one of the country's foremost AMS Seal-certified meteorologists. He currently serves as Chief Meteorologist at Fox News Channel. He began his meteorology career in 2001, pursuing a lifelong dream, after nearly a decade in the banking sector. Prior to joining Fox, he developed his expertise at CNN Headline News, CNN, CNN International, WFXT Fox 25 in Boston and weather data company Weather Services International. Rick has been on the front lines of every hazardous severe weather event, forecasting and reporting on hurricanes, tornadoes, wildfires, and floods. Rick also established the weather department at Fox News and continues to to oversee all of its internal weather operations. After more than 17 years in the industry, he created the Weatherman brand, developing the best umbrella on the market today. From researching and conception, through the design process, and meticulously poring over workmanship, Rick has overseen every aspect of the company as founder and CEO. Weatherman launched in November 2017, and sold out of nearly all products in less than 3 weeks. Three models are currently available - the Collapsible, the Stick, and the Golf, with the Mini set to debut in Spring 2018. Rick is a passionate outdoorsman. He's hiked the Grand Canyon 17 times and is on a quest to visit all of the U.S. National Parks.
