I have expertise in Mid-Atlantic (PJM) forecasting, particularly with utility companies, the energy industry with production of early morning alerts to identify where temperatures will trend warmer or colder than forecast. Additionally, I have expertise in seasonal forecasting for the Mid-Atlantic, particularly. This includes identifying how larger scale tropical forcing impacts weather patterns. Most recently, I have been leading the weather team at the ABC affiliate in southern West Virginia. Besides producing on-air and online forecasts for southern West Virginia, I provide forecast support for a local ski resort and Office of Emergency Management. I am also the point of contact meteorologist for the largest outdoor venue in West Virginia, Bridge Day.
